Adoremus National Eucharistic Pilgrimage

Congratulations to our young people...

The Bishops of England and Wales will be holding a National Eucharistic Pilgrimage and Congress in the City of Liverpool during September 2018, and St Joseph's will be looking to support this by sending a representative(s)

The Eucharistic Congresses are a coming together of clergy, religious and laity for the purpose of promoting awareness centred around the place of the Eucharist in the life and mission of our Church.

The previous International Eucharistic Congress in England was held a long time ago in 1908 . It was here that permission for a public procession of the Blessed Sacrament was refused.

Attendees and Participants will engage in a series of sessions looking at different dimensions of the Eucharist and the daily celebration and adoration of the Blessed Sacrament.

Congratulations to our new Shepherd Fr Agnelo

Following the Bishop's announcement last July, Fr Agnelo has now been officially installed within the Parish following his induction service and ceremony. As a Parish we ask our Lord to Bless our New Priest during his ministry.
